Experience the gentle, uplifting power of the Hu in CSA's serene garden. Hu is a sacred sound used as a simple, heart-opening chant. Sound of Soul offers a peaceful space to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner stillness and presence.

In this talk, Tara shares how her journey into grief has opened the door to self-acceptance, the golden shadow and the Divine Within and invites us to love the one in the mirror.

sunday funday: painting with shaheen

AUG 16 at 1 - 3PM
Join us for a fun, joyful day of gathering to paint with Shaheen Schmidt.
No prior painting experience is necessary. Some supplies and acrylic paint will be provided, but bring your own if you would like instruction on how to use them. $15 per person.
