Loch Kelly , Shift into Freedom We are not our Body We are not our Mind The ego isn't who we are, but it makes such a racket that we can't hear who we really are. If we keep feeding it and watering it there will always be suffering. We must stop allowing the ego to run the show and step into our God identity. We are centers of divine operation, centers of the infinite source of life and all supply, We are that, distributors of that which is flowing to and through us 24 hrs a day. Our belief in lack and suffering perpetuates its existence. Identifying with the body and mind is the only thing that is covering up who we truly are. It's our misidentification of our Self that clouds our awareness of who we are. We have a body, we operate a mind. The mind like a vast fertile field which accepts all our thoughts to grow us a harvest. We can choose what seeds to plant and which plants to uproot. It's our garden and no one has the right to tell us what kind of garden we get to create. We are Awareness.

When we are able to meet these two requirements – regularity in meditation and leading a good life in society, a day-to-day good life – then nothing will be unattainable by us. Life finds its purpose and fulfillment in the expansion of happiness. The important thing is this: to be able, at any moment, to sacrifice what we are for what we could become. Fulfilment is structured in achievement, Achievement is structured in action, Action is structured in thinking, Thinking is structured in knowledge, Knowledge is structured in consciousness. A comfortable and regulated life is needed for the fastest pace of evolution. Some people know how to handle greater amplitudes of energy better than others. Think of money as energy. Some get a load of it, like a lottery winning or inheritance and it destroys them or they give it away because they don't have the mindset and the experience to manage that level of energy. We are all Prodigals in some way, learning to align with our true powerful nature. The universal flow of good is just like an infinite eternal river. Those willing to dive right into the depths don't know about what others are doing. They are busy working with the current. Those in the depths have become one with the Current and are in flow with it. They take the ride and make the most of the experience they are having. A rich man was asked, how did you become successful? The rich man said, "There was a day I was sitting on a park bench; broke, sick and homeless. That day I decided I was already successful.
