Alpha Lessons: Day 2 - 50 to 1 Countdown A Simple Visualization of a Watermelon, Lemon & Onion This is what is awaiting for you today:
1. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can spend about 10 minutes meditating. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. 2. Take a few slow, deep and rhythmic breaths and observe the movement of your stomach while breathing. 3. Then follow Laura's voice while she counts from 50 to 1. Imagine the numbers appearing gently in your mind, practice making the background a tranquil scene. 4. You will then practice imagery by visualizing a watermelon. You will then imagine cutting the watermelon in half so that you can see the various colors inside. Bring to mind the smell and taste of watermelon. 5. You will do the same with a lemon and an onion. 6. You will exit the exercise with a gradual count from 1 to 5. 7. At the count of 5, you will open your eyes and tell yourself mentally, "I Am Wide awake and feeling great!" With this exercise you will practice and develop the higher mental faculties of visualization and imagination. Visualization - a recollection of something you have previously seen or experienced. Imagination - something you experience with your mind for the first time. This Active Meditation amplifies the intuitive faculty as well. As you practice this every day, Try including other mental sensations such as feelings, odors, tastes and sounds. Try adding more interest to the scene, as if you are creating a visual work of art or a movie scene in your mind. Practice daily getting more and more detailed with your Visualization skills.

Here is what is awaiting for you: 1. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can spend about 10 minutes to Sit comfortably & close your eyes. 2. Take a few deep, smooth breaths. Watch the movement of your stomach while breathing. 3. Then follow her voice on the recording while she counts from 100 to 1. 4. You will exit the exercise with a gradual count from 1 to 5. 5. On number 5, open your eyes and tell yourself: "I feel wonderful, I am wonderful" With this exercise we develop the skill of deep concentration, focus and relaxation. When you relax, your brain frequency slows down to the alpha level. At the alpha level, you are able to program your mental "computer" and download a new thought program. So this week make a self loving decision to practice calming the brain to be in an Alpha state and watch your body and mind calm down too. Doing this relaxation exersise once a day is good. Whatever you are inspired to want in life, other people are going to want their version of it too. Believe in your unique connection to infinite Source and infinite Intelligence. Accept the idea that your desires are from The Source and will be fulfilled by The Source. Embrace it all. Dare to Prosper! Dare to Receive all the good that desires to flow to, through and from you because your mind is a center of Divine Operation. Your life is a center of the infinite Source of supply, 24 hrs a day. It's safe to Awake to who we really are.  This series of affirmations are given for your mental expression in order to bring Divine ideas into form as your life now.
Speak them out loud 3 times a day with greater and greater feeling. See in your imagination the expression of these words for you personally. Write them in a journal 3 times a day. You will become entrained and one with the consciousness of God's highest good for you. Embellish on these declarations of faith and make them your own. “I give thanks that I am one with infinite loving intelligence, the ever-renewing, the ever-unfolding expression of infinite life, health, and love.” "I give thanks that my mind is a center of Divine operation." “Let there be peace within my home and prosperity within my life.” “I give thanks for ever-increasing health, wealth and joyful self expression.” “I am a radiant child of God, my mind, body and affairs now express God's radiant love & grace filled perfection.” “I give thanks that I am rich, strong, well and happy. I give thanks that my financial affairs are in Divine order. Every day in every way I am giving, expressing and receiving richness, health, love and prosperity." "Divine intelligence is even now opening the way for my immediate blessings. I have faith that all that is mine by divine right now comes to me and flows from me in rich abundance." My rich blessings do not interfere with anyone else’s good, since God’s rich substance is unlimited, it is everywhere at all times and in all places for all of us."
