Connecting to Your Higher SelfThis is a short guided meditation to assist you to connect with your inner being or higher self.
Going within, turning your attention around and becoming the observer can feel a little confronting at first, but when you understand that what you really are beyond your outer form is actually love, there is nothing to be afraid of. The inner being or higher self that is you, is consistent and peaceful, it is understanding and compassionate. It never judges you or punishes you. It is love and so are you. There is only love and wellbeing. Allow yourself to feel it. Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes and relax, breathe deeply and enjoy the journey.
