In this Alpha Brain Meditation, you will bring to mind something you are concerned about that involves our planet and project it on your mental screen.
It can be in the form of a mental movie that begins with showing your concern and as you continue observing the mental movie, you gradually imagine things getting better, better and better. We all can agree that the world would be a better place for all of us if it were without wars, murder, crime, disorder, drugs, disease, hunger, homelessness and children abused and neglected. You can select a concern that is near and dear to your heart. You are an ever evolving and compassionate spiritual being. Use your inner higher capacity and resources to make a positive difference in the planet we all live. Thank you So, this is what you can expect during the 10 min meditation:
1. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can spend about 10 minutes meditating. 2. Take a few deep, smooth and rhythmic breaths. Observe the movement of your stomach while breathing. 3. You will then go though a part-by-part body relaxation… 4. Then follow along for a count from 1 to 3. 5. At the count of 3, you will play a "movie in your mind" of your ideal day. Imagine your day from the moment you wake up, hour by hour, until you reach bedtime. 6. You will finish your mental movie seeing yourself full of joy at the end of a perfect day. 7. We will exit the meditation with a gradual count from 1 to 5. 8. At the count of 5, you can open your eyes and mentally say, "I feel great, wide-awake and healthy." With this exercise you experience daily intentions and high expectations for positive outcomes in everything you do. Enjoy creating your future!
