Mastering Relaxation

Welcome to first week of Alpha Lessons with Laura Silva. 

Here is what is awaiting for you: 

1. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can spend about 10 minutes to Sit comfortably & close your eyes.

2. Take a few deep, smooth breaths. Watch the movement of your stomach while breathing.

3. Then follow her voice on the recording while she counts from 100 to 1.

4. You will exit the exercise with a gradual count from 1 to 5.

5. On number 5, open your eyes and tell yourself: "I feel wonderful, I am wonderful"

With this exercise we develop the skill of deep concentration, focus and relaxation.

When you relax, your brain frequency slows down to the alpha level.

At the alpha level, you are able to program your mental "computer" and download a new thought program. 

So this week make a self loving decision to practice calming the brain to be in an Alpha state and watch your body and mind calm down too. 

Doing this relaxation exersise once a day is good.
Doing it twice a day is very good.
Doing it 3 times a day is excellent.
