The terms vibration and frequency are often thrown around in the spiritual and metaphysical community, but what exactly do these concepts have to do with health and wellness?
Today we will be covering some of the basics on vibrations and frequencies, what they are, and how they influence and determine your health, including some tips on harnessing your own vibrational energy.

Energy, Vibration and Frequency
To understand how vibrations and frequencies work, we first have to start by talking about energy.
So what is energy?
Well that’s easy…EVERYTHING is energy! Seriously, everything.
Whether it be a human, plant, chair, or thought; everything in our existence is part of an interconnected web of electromagnetic vibrational frequencies. This web of energy is commonly referred to as an intelligent "field", “life force” or “consciousness” that connects streams of consciousness between all atoms and particles in the universe.
Vibrations refer to the oscillating and vibrating movement of atoms and particles caused by energy. Even solid objects like tables are actually made up of microscopic vibrating atoms that receive, store, and emit energy. Pretty neat, huh? Because of this, all humans and objects have an energy field that has its own vibrational frequency.
Frequency, which is measured in hertz (Hz) units, is the rate at which vibrations and oscillations occur. Frequencies are used to determine and differentiate vibrational patterns.
So, an atom that is vibrating at a faster rate would be considered a higher frequency than one that is vibrating at a much slower rate. Differentiating between high and low frequencies is important for understanding how the two interact with each other and can be beneficial or detrimental to your health.
How Vibration and Frequency Affect Your Wellbeing
Humans have an optimal frequency–as does everything else in the universe.
The human optimal frequency occurs when each of the cells in our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed for.
Bruce Tainio, a famous researcher and developer of Tainio Technology, found that a healthy body resonates at a frequency of 62-70 MHz, and when your frequency drops to 58 MHz, that is when the disease starts. Bacteria, viruses and cancer cells each have their own frequency that influences our energy field.
If our frequency is affected due to emotional, environmental and physiological factors, our immune system can be benefited or compromised. When compromised, opportunistic mold, bacteria and viruses are able to challenge the body–making it more susceptible to being out of tune with its optimum frequency.
Trapped emotions can be stored in the mitochondria, DNA, cells, organs, muscles and tissues like disturbing pockets of electromagnetic energy. Stuck emotions can have a challenging influence someone's wellbeing. Disharmony and imbalance in the body’s energy field can show up long before it becomes a physical symptom. Ignoring or stuffing emotions is never a good idea. Bring all emotions to the light of Divine love and let them arise and dissolve.
Maintaining a Balanced Vibrational Frequency
Ideally, we want to be in a balanced, harmonious & serene vibrational state. Managing our State is key to being in peak health and wellness.
So what can we do to raise our vibration?
First, let’s think about everything we come into contact with, ingest, listen to, think, etc….Each of these things have their own vibrational frequency that affects our energy field! Because everything is energy vibrating on a specific frequency. Ignoring how we feel is like turning on a radio station that's playing music or content that we dislike and never turning it off or changing the channel.
We get to choose which frequency we tune into and how loud we play the message. The good news is, we can actively make changes to maintain our optimum frequency.
Start by developing a constant practice of Appreciative Self Talk, Gratitude and Spiritual Mind Treatment. Cut out toxic media & music. Eliminate stuff that makes your thoughts turn negative.
Be intentional and on purpose with your thinking like you are on purpose with your food! Thoughts are vibrations too, we can change the frequency by choosing a better more empowered line of thinking or singing a song of joy and thanksgiving.
Eating whole foods, drinking pure water & using healing herbs, will balance your vibrational frequency. Cut out processed junk foods. Essential oils also contain frequencies that are even greater than the frequencies of dried herbs, they are a great tool for raising your vibration. Healing crystals in and around your energy field is another way to support your optimum vibration.
Regular Meditation of 20 minutes 2x a day will balance your vibration. Physical flowing movement will support your optimum frequency and good regular sleep is essential for all human beings.
